- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have known Jim Hind’s at Diversified Shipping Services for over 7 years, he is a dedicated and loyal person who will look out in your best interest. In doing so, he started “Diversified Shipping Services” in January 2012 a warehouse and distribution service located 3 minutes from the Pacific Highway Truck Crossing (Blaine, WA / Surrey, BC). The idea behind his company was to offer Canadian Individuals and Companies with a domestic purchasing environment where they can pickup their own products close to the border or have their products delivered to their Canadian door at a reduced, consolidated shipping rate. Strategically he located his warehouse in this area where large commercial trucks and containers would have easy access from the I-5 Freeway at the same time building a connection with local freight companies to create a domestic shipping service versus paying high international shipping rates. Remember some U.S. Companies (sellers) offer “FREE SHIPPING” within the U.S. and Jim’s warehouse allows you to capitalize on scenarios like this! It just gives you one more option when purchasing products in the U.S., “DIVERSIFICATION”, I would imagine this is why Jim named his company “Diversified Shipping Services!”.
